To patch it properly:
1- After installation, right click the trayicon of Spyware Doctor and exit the program
2- Reboot the machine
3- Run Spyware.Doctor.v5.5.0.278_patch.exe, insert your name, browse the Spyware Doctor install folder and apply patch
4- Launch Spyware Doctor
5- Update manually and perform an Intelli-scan
6- Go into the Config zone and add a schedulled task to update once a day
7-"Smart Update" will instal all languages.
